Vintage Fishing Lure Lot of 2bait and Tackle Blakemore Marabou

These Vintage Blakemore Fishing Lures are from my 91 Year Old Fathers Tackle Box! Brent Hall was a true legend in the Fishing Industry, especially in the State of Missouri as he designed and manufactured the Original Marabou Under Runner Spinner. This lot of 2 Lead Head Jigs should go fast and would make a great ice thaw gift for any Fishing Angler in your family. As these classic Lures were marketed to catch anything swimming in Fresh Water lakes in the Midwest area, and in fact that's just what the did! They likely were shipped direct to my father from the Brent Halls No. 2 plant located in Lebanon Missouri from the man himself as my dad often traded and sent quality products back and forth to Bass Pro's in the industry. Both of these Road Runners Jigs come with attached chrome under spinners and they weigh .6 oz. each. One is White and Red and the other is Yellow and Red Red. Both have rather large Bushy Tails that are made of died Horse Hair. Similar tackle of this era was considered to be a medium species crankbait, that were sold to local Angler market and to those just getting their start on the BASS PRO Circuit. Both these lures are made of molded lead, and died cord with a single eyed stainless steel hook, and the barbed ends are very sharp to the points. The colors of these lures are bright with a glossy painted finish. And some minor wear can be noticed on the white jig head. Note: The action of these vintage fishing lures that are now discontinued and no longer manufactured since 1970, will work best when casted by oneself.
